FIRST PART:
– Visualize a crystal translucid triangle floating right in front of you.
Imagine that a red ray of light emerges from your base chakra, going towards the triangle that in turn receives and converts it into a white light that elevates towards the Universe. Try to imagine that this ray cleans and unblocks this chakra.
– Imagine an orange ray of light emerging from your sexual chakra, and going in the direction of the triangle which receives and converts it into a ray of white light that elevates towards the Universe. Try to imagine it cleaning and unblocking this chakra.
– Imagine that a yellow ray of light emerges from your abdomen chakra, going in the direction of the triangle, which receives and converts it into a ray of white light that elevates towards the Universe. Imagine this ray cleaning and unblocking this chakra.

– Imagine a ray of green light emerging from your heart chakra, going in the direction of the triangle, which receives and transforms it into a ray of while light, elevating towards the Universe. Imagine this ray cleaning and unblocking this chakra.
– Imagine a ray of sky blue light emerging from your throat chakra, going in the direction of the triangle, which receives and converts it into a ray of white light, elevating towards the Universe. Imagine this ray cleaning and unblocking this chakra.
– Imagine a ray of indigo blue light emerging from your forehead chakra, going in the direction of the triangle, which receives and transforms it into a ray of while light, going in the direction of the Universe. Try to imagine this ray cleaning and unblocking this chakra.
– Until now, you have six light rays of different colours, going in the same direction towards the crystal triangle which receives and sends them upwards as a white ray of light.
– Now, visualize that from your crown chakra emerges a ray of violet light, which also goes in the direction of the prism, which is now receiving the seven colours of the rainbow.

SECOND PART:
– Next, concentrate only on the crystal prism. Visualize that a white ray falls right upon the centre of the prism which distributes the seven colours of the rainbow towards each one of your main chakras; i.e., first you visualize a red colour ray coming towards your base chakra. This red energy little by little nourishes your chakra.
– Next, visualize an orange colour ray coming from the prism towards your sexual chakra, energizing it little by little.
– Next, visualize a yellow colour ray coming from the prism towards your abdomen chakra, which absorbs this energy.
– Next, visualize a green colour ray coming from the prism towards your heart chakra, fulfilling all your chest with green.
– Next, you visualize a light blue ray coming from the prism towards your throat chakra, which receives all this light.
– Next, visualize an indigo blue ray coming from the prism and reaching your forehead chakra, fulfilling it with this very gentle light.
– Until now, the crystal prism which receives the white ray coming from the Cosmos transforms it into 6 colours, one for each chakra.
– And finally, you visualize a violet colour ray coming from the prism directly to your crown chakra, fulfilling all your head with a gentle and subtle violet light.
